Only need help during the show? That’s fine.
Each service can be booked on its own. A few days of commercial interpreting at your booth don’t come with consulting, importing or logistics.
Before, during and after
Each stage can be booked on its own. We agree on the scope before the show, and the support covers exactly what was agreed.
Before the show
- Commercial preparation and a first reading of the market
- Research on potential buyers and distributors
- Scheduling and prior contact with companies
- Organizing meetings and visits
During the show
- Booth support and conversations with visitors
- Commercial interpreting in meetings
- Recording contacts and opportunities
- Initial lead qualification
- Business visits outside the show
- Local support: schedule and transport
After the show
- Organizing and sorting contacts
- Follow-up with buyers
- Scheduling meetings
- Market development
- Commercial representation, when agreed separately
A business conversation, not just a language
Beyond translating the conversation, the support is built around the business context it happens in: who’s on the other side, what your company wants to achieve and what needs to be noted for the next step.
What the support draws on
- B2B sales and business relationships
- International trade, importing and exporting
- Buyers, suppliers and negotiation
- Business context between Brazil and Asia
- The routine of trade shows and business meetings
Languages
Commercial interpreting is between Portuguese and English. Gabriel also speaks intermediate Chinese (HSK 3) — enough for introductions, simple conversations and day-to-day contact with your team, but not a substitute for a professional Chinese interpreter in negotiations. If you need one, let us know and we’ll work out the best option.
