Who is responsible
This website is operated by BT VIA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 45.746.521/0001-20.
What the website collects
This website has no forms that send data to BT VIA servers. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
What you type
The product, company or other details you type are used only in the message you may send on WhatsApp or WeChat. While you browse, this text is kept only in your browser and is deleted when you send the message or close the tab.
Reference code
When you reach the website through a link that indicates where the visit came from, such as a trade fair or a social network, the message includes a short code, for example “Ref.: BTV-E-M-IG-00”. You see this code before sending and can delete it.
WhatsApp and WeChat
When you open WhatsApp or WeChat, you start using those services, which have their own privacy rules. BT VIA uses the messages it receives to reply and assess your case.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser, date and time of access to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.
How long
Conversations are kept for as long as needed for the business contact and to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and exercise the other rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, art. 18). To do so, contact BT VIA on WhatsApp.
